365 Building Management regularly provides professional training and support to our Building Managers ensuring they are up to date with the latest by-laws and legislation, (WHS) health and safety requirements.
Key Areas & Responsibilities Include:
Common property management & Supervision
Manage and address maintenance issues
Supervise Contractors and security access
Monitor and handle breaches of the strata by-laws
Manage and advise the strata committee
Manage the budget and reporting requirements
Maintain and renew maintenance contracts where required such as lifts, water pumps, garage doors, fire systems and any other essential service
